Respect within the army basically means treat others as you (EH) would want to be treated. It is by far one of the (EH) most important values that we have.It is the one (EH) that keeps everyone acting polite and courteous towards everyone.This (EH) is one of the NCO’s basic responsibilities to make sure (EH) that everyone has respect.Respect is also known to be a two (EH) way street, but with this you will have to start (EH) off by showing the proper level of respect to the (EH) person that you are working with of working for.Respect in the Military basically means to treat others as you would want to be treated and it is one of the basic and by far one of the most important army values.Your failure to obey an order and your blatant disrespect towards the leadership of this unit will not be tolerated.I am recommending the following action(s) be taken and where necessary referred to the Commander for action:(Write the Recommended punishment here)You are being counseled for the mis-conduct noted above.Instead, try to focus on one event and describe it showing what respect is.Besides that, you can also show what disrespect is and that will help you to figure out what respect is.Today's Army in an extremely nostalgic organization with a copious amount traditions and has about a million different methods of conducting its business.Some are old and some are new, but possibly the oldest one that has been around since before the Army was officially established and still lives today is the Army’s rules, regulations and policies on customs and courtesies.
